Detailed Product Description

The fatty acid ester flaking machine is formed with stand, motor, reducer, cooling cylinder (jacketed), scraper, thickness adjustor, feeding hopper, discharging hopper, stainless steel dustproof cover etc. The parts in contact with raw material is SUS304, the stand is hot galvanized carbon steel. The contact between jacket and outside cylinder, scraper and cylinder should be uniformed. The contact line should be not less than 80% of whole length. There should be no bumping and abnormal noise during trial running. The outside cylinder will be polished after complete the machining.
